I don't know about you but it literally happened with me & to be honest it wasn't something I liked. I was crying to get back my body, every second passed in that body felt like a decade. Those aching ankles, wrinkled skin, responsibility, menopause, hormonal imbalance was killing my mind and soul from the inside. I was feeling so hollow I don't have any words to express the filling to you. All I can tell you how I felt physically but the mental exhaustion was a complete different thing.
